Anne Hathaway

With bright smile, elegant temperament, and a little naughty, Anne Hathaway is known as “the combination of Audrey Hepburn and Julia Roberts.”

I first knew Anne Hathaway was in the film” Princess Diaries”. She acted as a princess who turned into an elegant and beautiful princess from a very ugly girl. And in the The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement she finally found her true love. Someone says that her mouth is a little big, which makes her not so beautiful, but her bright smile gave me a deep impression and I think that her mouth is not her defect. It is said that her fans name her “Princess” because of the film.

Born on November 12, 1982, Anne Hathaway is an American film and stage actor, her father was a lawyer, and her mother is a singer and stage actor. She majored in English and minored in women’s studies when she was in college. She once said that if not an actress, she would want to be a writer or a psychologist. So maybe for that reason, she performed very well as a writer in Becoming Jane, a film which introduces the life of Jane Austin and in which Anne is the leading role.

In 2005’s “Brokeback Mountain,” Anne Hathaway acted as a vulgar, forceful woman which, in her own words, is a “predator.” Later, the successes of the film beyond many people’s expectation, but viewers who like the usual image of Anne Hathaway are complaining. They do not think Anne Hathaway is suitable to star this role, however, perhaps in another point of view it is also an affirmation of her breakthrough in performance. After “The Devil Wears Prada,” the great success of Anne Hathaway finally pushed her to the position of Hollywood’s most renowned actress. In this film, Anne Hathaway played as the devil character’s cute assistant, and her fashion styles in the film become a screen classic.

Anne Hathaway has starred in many films and she also won the best actress nomination in 81st Annual Academy Awards. She performs different styles in different films successfully and it shows that she is becoming better and better.
