03.06Josh Hartnett:A Promising Star
Josh Hartnett, born on July 21, 1978, is the most promising star in Hollywood. He is an American actor and producer. The healthy image, beautiful smile, deep eyes with a slight touch of melancholy, has made Josh a perfect star in the eyes of many young girls. Every time when he appears, his female fans scream his name, but he just smile to right, and then pull his cap lower.
In fact, Hartnett is not a natural performing lover. When he was young, he dreamed to be a professional soccer player, but he changed his goal after the knee injury. Maybe he started his performing career from then on. He first came to audiences’ attention in 1997 as “Michael ‘Fitz’ Fitzgerald” in the television series Cracker. He made his feature film debut in 1998, co-starring with Jamie Lee Curtis in Halloween H20: 20 Years Later for Miramax. That same year, he received an MTV Movie Award nomination for Best Breakthrough Male Performance.
Hartnett gained fame for his role as Cpt Danny Walker in Pearl Harbor, and has starred since then for “big names” directors such as Ridley Scott, Brian de Palma, Robert Rodriguez, Tran Anh Hung or Michael Bay.
The household boy in the United States has always insisted on living a simple life. He did not even buy any luxurious things. It is said that, if the parents didn’t ask him to buy a new car, Hartnett may probably still drive his old Jeep which broke down every ten minutes.
He is a successful man, while also a shy boy. He has the perfect combination of shyness and the appearance of the sun. The deep sexy voice makes him so charming. Maybe it is easy to become a star in Hollywood, but it’s hard to become a good one. It takes a lot of practice. And it seems the Lucy Star is always kind to those prepared people. Josh is indeed luck enough. Josh gained his fame when he was very young, and now the shy boy has gradually matured.
